Shipping policy

Order Processing:
Orders are generally processed within 2-5 business days after purchase. Business days are Monday-Friday and we do not include weekends or major holidays. During launches, sales, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing may take longer. If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the delay. 

Shipping option: 
Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Shipping estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. The Wild Roan is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside our control. 

Shipping Address:
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order. The Wild Roan is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer. If you realize that you have entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made. The Wild Roan is not responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery.
